- ½ c. oats measured dry
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen protein, OR any unflavored protein powder
- 2 Tbsp pure pumpkin
- 2 packets Splenda sweetener
- Pumpkin pie spice, to taste
- Cinnamon, to taste
Optional Ingredients: 1 box mini raisins
- Cook oatmeal on stove according to package directions. Tip: Add raisins to oats to cook, allowing them to plump up.
- When oats are fully cooked, transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients, stirring thoroughly.
