PUMPkin Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • ½ c. oats measured dry
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen protein, OR any unflavored protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp pure pumpkin
  • 2 packets Splenda sweetener
  • Pumpkin pie spice, to taste
  • Cinnamon, to taste

Optional Ingredients: 1 box mini raisins

Directions

  1. Cook oatmeal on stove according to package directions. Tip: Add raisins to oats to cook, allowing them to plump up.
  2. When oats are fully cooked, transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients, stirring thoroughly.
  3. Enjoy!
