Ingredients

  • 1 scoop whey protein powder, any brand or flavor. Some suggestions:
    • Dymatize Fudge Brownie
    • Quest Cookies and Cream
    • Metabolic Nutrition Peanut Butter Cookie
  • Very little water

Directions

  1. Put 1 scoop whey protein in a bowl or tupperware container. Add just a small amount of water (1-2 tablespoons, to start) and stir until it reaches a pudding consistency. Slowly add water if it isn’t enough to reach the right consistency. Different brands take different amounts of water.
  2. If you overdo it on the water..well..you have a protein shake.
