Cheater’s Overnight Oats

So good, it tastes like a cheat meal!
Trust me on this..this protein from Metabolic Nutrition (Peanut Butter Milkshake) makes these overnight oats taste like a breakfast treat! I have no affiliation with Metabolic, I just really love their protein.
1/2 c. dry oats
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
Optional: one small (mini) box raisins
- Put one Tbsp chia seeds in a small bowl and add approx. 1/2c water. Let soak for about 15-20 mins until chia “pudding” or gel has formed.
- Meanwhile, combine dry ingredients in a meal-sized Tupperware.
- Once chia seeds are ready, add to dry ingredients with another 1/4c water (add slowly to gauge thickness) and stir until evenly combined and all the powder has been mixed in. Should not be liquidy.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy cold in the morning!
