Mocha Madness with Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cold brew coffee (or leftover cold coffee from the pot)
  • 2 oz almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder. I HIGHLY recommend Dymatize’s Fudge Brownie. It’s delightful.
  • 1-2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • Ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Optional add-in: unflavored glutamine powder will enhance recovery when added to this shake.

Macros:

Macros are with 1Tbsp Peanut Butter. To lower macros, substitute powdered PB
